 Guacamole Hummus


Ingredients: 


1 15 oz can of chickpeas, casing removed

1 medium to large avocado

1 serrano pepper, deseeded

¼ cup cilantro

1 tablespoon onion powder

The juice of a whole lime

1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1-2 tablespoons water


Directions: 


Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then peel the casings from them. This will ensure a smooth and creamy hummus. Don’t skip this step. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until very smooth. Enjoy!
